Picker/Packer - Fort Worth
Introduction
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker/Packer to work with Shipbob in Fort Worth. This role is based in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art third-party logistics fulfillment center.
Shift Patterns
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay Rates
16.50 USD hourly
Essential Requirements
Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. periodically during shift when necessary
Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
Experience working in a production tracking fast paced job environment
Desirable Requirements
Experience working in a 3PL environment
Familiarity with picking and packing operations
Strong communication skills, ability to take direction and follow instructions, ability to pivot job duties as needed
Role
Efficiently navigate warehouse aisles to locate and retrieve items using RF scanners.
Securely box, wrap, and label items according to client specifications.
Scan and verify product barcodes and quantities to maintain order accuracy.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing station.
