Work Location： Remote working anywhere across the United States,

Responsibilities：

1. Formulate and implement business strategies to hit revenue growth targets. Develop medium and long-term plans for channel expansion and profit improvement in the US market, and oversee full-cycle operational metrics including regional revenue, gross margin, inventory and operating costs.
2. End-to-End Business Oversight (1) Channel Management: Manage all sales channels including mass retail KA accounts, professional tackle chains, national and regional distributors, Amazon and vertical tackle e-commerce platforms. (2) Team Management: Lead the existing US team consisting of sales, customer service, marketing and finance staff. Take charge of recruitment, daily management and performance appraisal of the Senior Sales role, and build a localized sales operation system. (3) Supply Chain & Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with China-based product and supply chain teams to plan seasonal inventory aligned with North American fishing cycles, improve inventory turnover and reduce slow-moving stock. Collect feedback from competitors and end users to propose product iteration and optimization plans. (4) Brand & Marketing Execution: Oversee US tackle trade shows, fishing tournament sponsorships and dealer promotional campaigns to continuously lift market share.
3. Cross-border Collaboration Between China and US Headquarters Act as the key local liaison between US operations and Shanghai headquarters. Submit regular sales forecasts as well as monthly and quarterly business analysis reports to smooth cross-regional information flow and cut communication costs.
4. Local Compliance & Financial Control Take full ownership of US subsidiary compliance covering taxation, labor regulations and commercial operations. Draft annual regional budgets and control all operating expenses for marketing, human resources and business travel.

Job Requirements：

1. Proven end-to-end experience in launching and scaling consumer brands from scratch (0-1) in the US market, with full P&L oversight of overseas subsidiaries covering sales, channels, inventory, human resources and finance. Candidates with existing tackle or outdoor fishing industry resources are preferred.
2. In-depth knowledge of the full US tackle channel ecosystem; existing established partnerships with mass retailers, professional tackle chains, regional wholesalers and online tackle retailers are highly preferred.
3. Entrepreneurial mindset capable of independently designing and rolling out growth strategies; fluent business English; available for nationwide US travel for client visits and trade shows; strong data analytics skills to drive revenue and profit growth via channel restructuring.
4. Bachelor’s degree or above, with majors in Business Administration, International Trade or Marketing preferred.
